What you need to do: Follow the steps below to create a webhook URL for each channel, then send the URL(s) to the Creolytix Support team. We'll handle the rest!

Before You Start

- You must be an owner of the Team to complete these steps.

- You need one webhook URL per channel you want to receive notifications in.

- The whole process takes about 2 minutes per channel.

Step 1 — Open the Channel Menu

In the left sidebar, find the channel you want to receive notifications in. Hover over the channel name — a ··· icon will appear. Click it to open the menu, then select Workflows.

Step 2 — Open the Workflows Panel

The Workflows panel will open. You'll see a search box at the top and a list of your existing workflows below.

Step 3 — Search for "webhook"

Click into the Find templates search box and type webhook**. A list of results will appear. Click on "Send webhook alerts to a channel".

Step 4 — Confirm the Channel

The next screen will show the configuration. The Team and Channel fields should already be filled in correctly based on the channel you started from. Double-check they are correct, then click Save.

Step 5 — Copy Your Webhook URL

After saving, you'll see a confirmation screen showing the workflow is Active. Click Copy webhook link to copy your unique URL to the clipboard.

Step 6 — Send the URL to the Creolytix Team

Paste the copied URL into an email or Teams message and send it to the Creolytix Team. Please include the channel name the URL belongs to

⚠️ Keep your URL safe — treat it like a password. Anyone with the URL can post messages to your channel. Do not share it publicly or paste it into group chats.

Need to set up multiple channels?

Repeat Steps 1–6 for each channel. Send all URLs in a single message to the Creolytix Team — just make it clear which URL belongs to which channel.
