Invitation and Registration
Access to the platform is by invitation only. Once your registration is complete, you'll receive an invitation email with instructions to set up your Creolytix account.
Create a user profile and set up a secure password, and you are ready to start.
If your company decides to use only Single Sign On (SSO) via Microsoft or Google, setting a password is not required. The authentication follows the methods defined by your company.
Log In
How to Log In to the Creolytix Platform
Visit the official login page and enter your corporate email along with the password.
Two Factor authentication 🔐:
If your organization has 2FA enabled, you need to verify your identity using the verification code that you received via email (default, SMS is possible).
This step ensures secure access and protects your account and personal data from unauthorized use. After entering your code when prompted, you’re now securely logged in.
Forgot Your Password? 🔑
If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password" and follow the instructions to reset it.
Single Sign-On (SSO):
For companies that use Single Sign-On (SSO)
Visit the official login page and select your company's login method (Microsoft or Google SSO). Your authentication will follow the authentication methods defined by your company (e.g., Windows/Google Password with Authenticator App, Email Code, SMS, etc.).
Once you've filled out your company's SSO authentication flow, you'll be redirected to your Creolytix dashboard.
