Invitation and Registration
Access to the platform is by invitation only. Once we have registered you, you'll receive an email with instructions to set up your password.
Define and save your complex password and you are ready to start.
If your company decided to use only Single Sign On (SSO) via Microsoft or Google setting a password is not necessary and the authentication follows the methods defined by your company.
Log In
Two Factor authentication:
To log in, visit https://app.creolytix.io and enter your corporate email along with the password you previously set up. Subsequently, you will be requested to enter a Verification Code which you received via email (default, SMS is possible).
Forgot Your Password? 🔑 If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password" and follow the instructions to reset it.
Single Sing On (SSO):
To log in, visit https://app.creolytix.io and click the method used by your company. We support Microsoft or Google SSO. Your authentication will follow the authentication methods defined by your company (e.g. Windows/Google Password with Authenticator App, Email Code, SMS, etc.).
Manage your profile
You find your account settings in the top right corner of the screen, next to the notification button. This area allows you to personalize your account and manage your personal information and settings efficiently.
