Using the Community Widget in Creolytix
In high-stakes environments, timely decision-making depends on fast, clear, and structured communication. The Community in Creolytix provides just that: a collaborative space where users can share insights, flag developments, and coordinate actions—without ever leaving the platform.
Integrated directly into the SEE and UNDERSTAND dashboards, the Community allows organizations to turn monitoring into dialogue, transforming static information into ongoing, context-rich conversations.
Creating and Sharing Posts
Users can create posts directly from the Community widget. Each post can be:
Internal – visible only to members of the same organization
Public – visible to users from other trusted organizations on the platform
This flexibility allows teams to share sensitive updates internally while still collaborating across the broader Creolytix ecosystem when needed.
European Resilience Alliance (ERA) members can engage in private discussions with one another through the internal community function.
Interaction Metrics
To support better decision-making and encourage participation, each post shows:
Like/Dislike indicators – gauge quick sentiment
View count – understand how widely a post has been seen
Comment count – track discussion depth and relevance
Use Cases
The Community is used across a variety of operational contexts, including:
Travel Safety Monitoring – field staff can report disruptions in real time
Cross-Team Intelligence Exchange – analysts can request validation or input
Crisis Coordination – rapid updates and decisions can be made collaboratively
Event Risk Tracking – Users can follow unfolding risks linked to major events—elections, summits, protests—and keep a shared thread of verified updates.

Scenario Planning & Forecasting – Community helps surface trends and perspectives that inform shared forecasting, risk mapping, and long-term planning.
Best Practice Sharing & Benchmarking – Users can ask others how they approach certain challenges—e.g., traveler vetting processes, facility security protocols, or escalation procedures.
Learning from Peers – Members ask operational questions and get real-world answers from professionals in similar roles across industries and geographies.
